We have been looking to purchase a boat for quite a while but do to the pandemic, availability of boats has been pretty scarce. I often travel from Oklahoma city to Dallas on business and about six weeks ago noticed Fish And Ski had a red Bayliner VR5 on their lot. When I got home I went to their website and looked over the boat. Two weeks later we decided to contact Fish and Ski Marine where I was put in contact with Jason. He could not have been nicer and after a few days we decided to drive to the Sanger location and purchase the VR5. Well, things did not go as planned that day, the wind was literally gusting from 40-50 MPH and we opted for the VR4 on the lot. We signed the papers but do to the wind we did not trailer it home that day. After thinking about the purchase over the weekend I contacted Jason and Greg (another great guy at the location) and asked if we could switch back to the VR5. The transaction was very seamless, we got an excellent APR and the following Saturday we returned to the dealership and finalized the VR5 purchase. We have owned several boats in the past but not in the last 10+ years so I had a lot of questions about Bayliner and its quality as well as other items for discussion and they were very patient and answered all they could. We cannot wait to put the boat in the water next spring and thanks to Jason and Greg we have the boat we wanted. A Big Thanks to everyone at the dealership!

I wanted to reach out to you regarding several experiences I have had with your company. Me and my wife started thinking about getting a ski/surf boat several years ago. So I dove into comparing prices on several different manufactures and types of boats. Then several months later I saw a boat pass me on the freeway. It said HEYDAY. I had never heard of it, so I did some research and what we were getting for the money, heyday made perfect sense. So I looked up on the internet and your business popped up. So I call to look at a couple of boats you had on the lot. Jake answered and was extremely helpful. We set an appointment (several to be exact) to get up there and see. Long story short we bought a 2019 Heyday Surf. Jake took us out to show us everything the boat did. He is very versed on these boats along with the capabilities of the boat. We were very impressed with this young man. So after several weeks had gone by and I am seeing the weather starting to get colder, I call to ask Jake what all was involved in winterizing the boat. I am typically a hands on guy but this seemed like too much for me to tackle in a very short time. So several days later I called Jake and told him I was going to bring the boat up and just have you guys do it, along with a few other things. so I get up that morning and start heading that way, mind you we live in Haslet so its about 45 miles to your shop and thats when the fun started. I get to 35 and 380 and there is a shovel in the road. Yes I moved to miss but not far enough, boom one of the tires on the trailer has fallen prey to the shovel. I didnt think about buying the spare tire option, stupid on my part. So I pulled over into a parking lot called Jake and explained my dilemma and how I was going to be late for a meeting. Thats when Jake sprang into action. He takes the time to get a spare tire and wheel, grab a floor jack and head my way. I can tell you enough what a great employ you guys have. He has shown a maturity level most young men his age are lacking. I had to run off to my meeting (leaving the boat) while Jake changed to tire and took the boat to your office. You really have a great young man working for you. I cant thank Jake enough for what he did for me and my stress level that day. He kept me updated every step of the way. I oversee about 1200 homes a year and have 24 superintendents working for me, so I know about customer service. I never hear how great my guys are and what a good job they did. Its always the ones that something has gone wrong that I hear from. Anyway just wanted both of you to know we are very grateful for Jake and his hands on customer service.

I don't normally give reviews. I owe it to the staff to do so. My wife and I had a perfect experience with the whole process of buying our new boat. Everything went like clockwork. Ben is the most knowledgeable person on boats I've EVER met. And for good reason.. The mechanics are as good as they come. Friendly, experienced and willing to go the extra mile.. Went to the Fort Worth Boat Show today. My husband has been looking at boats for several months. Mr. Stegall was the ONLY salesperson in that building that spoke to him. He then answered several questions. It was all I could do to get home without a boat. I'm sure My husband will be seeing him in the future. Excellent sales staff. I was impressed.

We drove from Indiana, almost 1000 miles, to get a boat from these fine folks. They were super nice and took extra care making sure everything was in proper order knowing how far we had to travel. There were a few little things they needed to take care of, so they recommended a good place to go for lunch. When we returned and the boat and trailer were ready, our salesman took us to Lake Ray Roberts for a test drive. FUN! These folks treated us not only like valued customers but also like friends.
